Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your ParkEzy account and all associated data, you generally have two options:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the ParkEzy app:

1. Open the ParkEzy App.
2. Go to Profile > Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by contacting our support team:

• Email: support@parkezy.space
• Subject: Delete My Account
• Please include your registered email address or phone number so we can verify your identity.

Once processed, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
